Job Description:-

  • Purely B2B Sales/Corporate Sales
  • Develop prospect, engage customers, identify needs and present Demos
  • Take responsibility of New/Existing Clients
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and Guidance on timely basis
  • Working in Allocated Zone
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Skills Required:-

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Business Development and/or Sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the enterprise software industry and knowledge of Tally software is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in potential client companies.
  • Passionate, self-driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Support Executive Tally Software

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tally Support Executive to provide excellent support and assistance to our clients using TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9 software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Tally software functionalities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Technical Support:

  • Provide first-level support for TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9 software, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Tally installation, configuration, and usage.
  • Assist users with data entry, report generation, GST filing, and other Tally-related tasks.

Customer Assistance:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and best practices for using TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9.
  • Conduct remote desktop sessions to diagnose and fix issues.

Training & Documentation:

  • Conduct training sessions for new users on TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9 features and functionalities.
  • Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and other support documentation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
